Moong Dal Halwa

A dessert prepared with split “moong dal” (yellow lentils), “ghee” (clarified butter) dry fruit and sugar.

This is a delicacy rich in flavour and aroma. Originally requires a lot of patience and love to prepare, before being presented to your loved ones, although, we at FoodArt are all about providing convenience and speed in the kitchen. The yellow lentils are responsible for the natural yellow colour of the dish making it look unique and appetising.
