Palak Paneer

This nutritious and power-packed curry is made with cooked and blended spinach, which gives it a natural deep green colour. The added “paneer” (cottage cheese) and abundant use of spinach make this dish rich in protein, folates, Vitamin C and Vitamin A.

Variation:

Roasted chicken or tofu can be added to this readymade gravy as per taste or simply to increase the amount of protein. (Add our authentic cottage cheese/paneer to this dish in case of leftover spinach gravy to increase the quantity and nutrition of the dish.)

Serving suggestion:

The creamy & soupy consistency makes this dish perfect to eat with naan or rice.
