Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened and undamaged packed food items in their original packaging. This includes:
- Items that are incorrectly shipped by us.

We cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Opened or tampered with packed food items.
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Discounted or promotional items unless the product is incorrect.
- Any items returned after the specified return window (as mentioned below).
Return Window-Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Securely pack the unopened and undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Ship the return package using the provided label (if applicable) or a trackable shipping method to the address specified by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
- In case of incorrectly shipped items we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For any other returns (e.g., unwanted items), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once as a special case if be, once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs, if applicable) within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Damages During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will require photos of the damaged packaging and items for verification purposes. We will then arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
